Tiferet Torah offers a highly academic learning program presenting Torah classes in a uniquely warm and non judgmental atmosphere.  It’s cadre of world class teachers have crafted a highly successful curriculum that cultivates independent learning skills, paving the way for the talmidim to engage in independent study.  Our open minded approach allows students to develop their individuality and unique talents without compromising our sacred Torah values.

A highlight of Tiferet Torah’s learning program is the ability for students to get college credits for their Torah studies as we partner with Fairleigh Dickinson University. Evening classes in business, pre med, LSATs or other career choice classes are part of our curriculum. The mission of our school is to prepare students for a lifetime of Torah commitment while maintaining a loyal and balanced leadership role in their respective communities.

The program’s uniquely warm methods of imparting Torah have a profound impact on their participants, implanting within the talmidim a deeper appreciation of our unique heritage and traditions.

The beautiful Bet Midrash is the hub of Tiferet Torah’s programs. Its graceful and resolute ambience serves as an uplifting and inspiring setting for meaningful tefillot also.

The curriculum at Tiferet Torah is focused on Gemara with in-depth commentaries, and additional classes in Chumash, Sephardic Halacha and Nebeim. Special courses on Sephardic Torah cantillation and taamim together with the study of the books of the Ben Ish Hai and other great Sephardic thinkers provide a balanced learning experience with an emphasis on the development of independent study skills. Distinguished Rabbis and teachers present the classes and workshops at Tiferet Torah.

A key component of the Tiferet Torah experience is the opportunity for students to forge close and lasting ties with the rabbis on staff. Each rabbi, teacher and mentor is available for personal guidance and encouragement at all times.

To accommodate our many talmidim from Central and South America, one of our Maggidei Shiur is Spanish-speaking. In addition, there are three tracks of study to accommodate the diversity among our students, and within those tracks, each student’s curriculum is individualized for their specific educational needs and goals by our Menahel.
